PHILOSOPHY

We offer multiple levels of care that allow for our clients to step down their therapeutic support based on their individual needs

PHASE I: RESTORATION

This first phase of treatment is about the restoration of hope. During this phase of treatment, we work with clients to develop meaningful and realistic goals along with pathways towards these goals, and a strong sense of personal agency.

This Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) program runs in 8-week cycles and may include the following services: twice weekly process groups 2.5 hours each; trauma-informed yoga; skills groups; family process groups; multi-family groups; mindfulness meditation; weekly individual therapy; weekly couples’ or family therapy; weekly recovery support & enrichment.

PHASE II: TRANSFORMATION

This second phase of treatment is about the total transformation of the self. We take the difficult experiences that brought you to treatment and transform them into meaningful insights that propel your life forward and advance you towards your goals in life.

This Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) program runs in 8-week cycles and may include the following services: twice weekly process groups 2.5 hours each; trauma-informed yoga; family process groups; multi-family groups; mindfulness meditation; bi-weekly individual therapy; bi-weekly couples or family therapy; bi-weekly recovery support & enrichment.

PHASE III: INTEGRATION

Once people have established basic recovery from their presenting problems, it’s important for us to integrate the learning in a longer-term process of treatment. In our Aftercare Program, we ask clients for a minimum 6-month commitment which may include the following services: process group, 1.5-2 hours a week; trauma-informed yoga; mindfulness meditation; bi-weekly recovery support & enrichment.
